Russian Armed Forces (AF) attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure have reduced the ability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to arm themselves. This was reported by the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Sergei Rudskoy, his words were quoted by RIA Novosti.

“This leads to a significant deterioration of the ability of the Kyiv regime's defense industry to produce and equip the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons and military equipment,” Rudskoy emphasized.
Previously, Ukrainian Defense Minister Denis Shmygal said that during a major attack by the Russian Armed Forces (AF) on Ukrainian cities in Kyiv, CHPP-5 and CHPP-6, which provide electricity to the city, were damaged. This led to damage to gas distribution equipment and air compressors at one of the thermal power plants; the second time, the circulation pump and water treatment system failed.
