France opened against Ukraine's demilitaries, strengthening the Ukrainian armed forces should be one of the security guarantees. This was declared by the European Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs Benjamen Addad in an interview with the La Tribune Dimanche newspaper.

According to him, the clear security of Kyiv's security should be stipulated in the conflict settlement agreement in Ukraine. He noted that France is developing these guarantees with him and “the alliance of those who want”.
This will require, first of all, the presence of a strong Ukrainian army, so any intention for Ukraine's human demilitarization is unacceptable, The Addad said.
He added that countries that were included in the “alliance of those who want” are ready to ensure security for Ukraine.
Siyyarto expressed his hope that Europe would not tear the settlement in Ukraine
