The incident occurred on the night of May 15 in Pyshminsky District. The 53 -year -old man drank and went to bed soon, but could not sleep because the noise in his 29 -year -old son played an online group. At first, the father asked his children to behave more quietly, but a conflict arises between them.
The boy was sad because of his failure and attacked his parents with his fist, threatening him to be revenge. After that, he hit his mother, but did not stop there, but took the knife. Father saw his son with weapons in his hand and himself caused two shots for him – in his chest and head. The wounds were fatal.
A criminal case was opened against a man. He immediately pleaded guilty. The lawyers managed to prove that the defendants acted on their own protection, although he exceeded his limit. Therefore, the Court has sentenced the person involved in 1 year and 2 months to limit freedom.
