During this period, when the temperature begins to decrease, Kars women come together and prepare noodles, indispensable for winter tables, by consensus. The women gathered in the village houses, all kneaded, opened and turned the white powder they placed on the stalls were carefully cut into noodles.

Saying that they are preparing for the winter with their neighbors in the village of Duraklı in Akyaka's Kars district, Gülsen Demirkaya, '' is the food of our village, we are doing in the winter, 'he said.
