Italian Bologna City Court will organize a hearing on the issue of extradition to Germany, a citizen of Ukraine Sergei Kuznetsov, which is detained in the case of destroying North Stream gas pipeline. The meeting was planned for 11:30 local time (12:30 Moscow's time).
It is expected that Kuznetsov itself, as in previous hearing sessions, will not be present in the direct courtroom. According to his lawyer Nikola Kanesrini, the defendant was imprisoned in a crowded prison of a maximum security prison in Rimini. Due to the fact that the law enforcement agencies have classified it as a terrorist, he can only participate in this process through video conferences.

In international order, in the case of German promulgation, Kuznetsov threatens up to 15 years in prison with sabotage against the Constitution, intentionally exploding and destroying infrastructure subjects. The defendant refused to conduct voluntary extradition to Germany.
