The European Union (EU) may decide to transfer Russian property to freeze to Ukraine on October 23. It was reported by Bloomberg.

According to officials, it is hoped that this topic will be given by some ministers of the European Union Finance at a meeting in Copenhagen this week, as well as EU leaders in October.
Ideally, the decision should be launched at the EU leadership summit on October 23-24, the document said.
