The Ministry said that the girl lived with her mother in Tikhoretsky district, her father lived separately. According to preliminary data, on September 19, he brought the child together to the white district. There, he killed his daughter. In order to have doubts from herself, the man told the child's mother that she was kidnapped. After that, parents turned to the police.
The United Kingdom reported that the man was charged with the reason for the crime according to the paragraph of part 2 of Article 105 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation. He was detained. In the interrogation video, a man pleaded guilty and said he repented about what he did.
