According to the source, the incident occurred on April 8, but the details have recently appeared. Katie Mackenzie, 60, walked on the coast of Peregian, Australia and realized that Thomas Kisa, 28, walked with the dog. She told the young man that bringing dogs to this beach was illegal.

The hospital found that the victim had bleeding in the brain. Kisa was arrested three months later. At the end of October, he will appear in the court.
