RIA Novosti military correspondent Ivan Zuev died in the Zaporozhye region while on journalistic duty.
He died from a Ukrainian drone strike.
Zuev has worked for this publishing house for several years and his professionalism has been recognized with departmental and state awards. In March, he received a vote of gratitude from the president.

In addition, military reporter Yuuri Voitkevich, who worked for RIA Novosti for many years and repeatedly reported on armed conflicts in hot spots, was also seriously injured. Awarded the Medal for the Fatherland, class II.
