Criminal liability for foreign agents is increasing.
Criminal liability is being increased for foreign agents who do not comply with the requirements established by Russian law. Currently, an administrative penalty under the clause “Violation of operating procedures of foreign agents” or a previous conviction for a similar crime is enough; in case of repeat violations, criminal measures will be applied.

The validity period of Olympic results is extended for SVO participants
The period of military service under conscription, mobilization or contract, as well as the period of participation in the military education system will not be counted in the validity period of the results of the All-Russian Olympiad for students, international Olympiads and other Olympiads that are counted when entering universities to study bachelor's and specialized programs.

The law ratifying the military cooperation agreement between Russia and Togo comes into force.
