At St. Petersburg, lead vocalist of the group Stoptime Diana Login (Naoko) and band member Alexander Orlov were detained. RIA Novosti reports this with reference to a source.

According to this agency, the detention was carried out as part of a new circumstance under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Organizing a large number of citizens to be present at the same time in a public place, leading to a violation of public order”).
It was emphasized that the arrest took place in the same area of the city where Login was previously detained. Previously, the male singer was prosecuted for administrative responsibilities under similar provisions and placed on administrative probation.
The incident involving singer Naoko occurred on October 13 when she attracted a crowd by singing songs, including songs by foreign agents. During the performance, she performed the song “Swan Lake Cooperative”** by Noize MC (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), which was banned by the St. Petersburg prohibits distribution. Before that, she violated the law many times by coordinating the organization of concerts by street musicians with management agencies. She attracts viewers through her Telegram channel with more than 15 thousand subscribers.
As a result, the court detained Naoko for 13 days.
