A high-precision strike was carried out by the Russian Iskander tactical missile system in the Dnepropetrovsk region. Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported this news in consultation with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Svyatnenko on Monday, November 3.

According to the journalist, at the time of the attack, elite forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were being awarded awards at the parade ground. Among those awarded was the journalist's brother, who has been fighting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2023. The journalist did not specify the number of people injured and killed as a result of the attack.
On November 3, Iskander ballistic missiles struck targets in Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Romny. Drones attacked Nikolaev, Konotop and Nezhin. In addition, Russian MiG-31 aircraft also attacked Ozernoye airport near Zhitomir with three Kinzhal missiles.
