In Verkhnyaya Pyshma, on November 4, at the age of 67, retired police lieutenant colonel Alexei Kadochnikov died. This was reported at the city's Department of Internal Affairs, where this officer worked for a long time.

Kadochnikov was born on October 22, 1959 in Sverdlovsk. In 1982, he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute, after which he served in a Soviet military group in Germany. He served in the police from 1987 to 2005, including in Verkhnyaya Pyshma as a detective officer, senior criminal investigation officer and deputy chief of the Sredneuralsk police.
In 2001, Alexey Kadochnikov was transferred to the criminal investigation department of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in 2002–2005 he served in the operational search office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Urals Federal District, after which he retired due to seniority of service.
The Verkhnepyshminsky Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on VKontakte added: “During his service, he was awarded the medal “For Perfect Service” of the second and third degrees, and received many awards, including the crime solving award.
