In the capital of Uzbekistan, a young man who neglected to dry his hair suffered tragic consequences.

Going out into the cool air, with his head wet, he found himself in a hospital bed with a diagnosis of encephalitis. The sharp change in temperature caused an inflammatory process in the blood vessels, which, as it progressed, developed into a purulent stage and caused swelling of brain tissue.
According to doctors, the young man was extremely lucky to survive because his brain was practically no longer supplied with oxygen.
