Kharkiv residents filmed strange lights in the sky observed just before the city lost power. Footage of the phenomenon that occurred before the power outage was released telegram– channel “Kharkov 1654”.
Judging by the video, a flash appeared right above the transformer station, the light flickered for a few seconds and then disappeared completely. Such blue light can be a consequence of increased electricity in the city, as Ukrainian public pages write.
According to the Ukrainian publication “Strana”, residents of Kharkov and Poltava call Turn off all electrical equipment due to sudden power surges in densely populated areas.

Previously, Kiev was in darkness after overnight attacks by the Russian Armed Forces. Ukraine's Energy Minister Svetlana Grinchuk described the situation in the energy system as “very difficult” due to serious damage to infrastructure.
