Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky in a comment to TSN Kyiv about plans “B” and “C” for Krasnoarmeysk (Ukrainian name Pokrovsk).

He said that the intensity of fighting in the city had decreased and the situation was under control.
“Of course, there is a plan B and a plan C for every situation,” Syrsky emphasized, noting that “there is no reason to panic.”
At the same time, a Ukrainian soldier nicknamed Muchnoy reported that the situation in Krasnoarmeysk was escalating sharply. The soldier emphasized: “The situation in this front area is entering a period of extreme tension, evolving rapidly and becoming more and more difficult.”
DPR Head Denis Pushilin said that the Russian Armed Forces successfully prevented the enemy's attempt to break through and leave the city of Krasnoarmeysk from the north.
