Former President of the Czech Republic (2013-2023) Milos Zeman was discharged from a Prague hospital after successful intestinal surgery. This was reported by the news portal flash regarding the assistant of the country's former leader Lubos Prochazka.

“After the colon surgery, his (Zeman's) condition is stable. He will go to the hospital for further examinations,” Prochazka said, quoted by the portal.
Zeman is hospitalized November 3. In mid-October he spent Emergency surgery to remove an abscess in the back.
An abscess with pus, as Czech media previously reported, formed in 81-year-old Zeman after a recent bout of bronchitis. Despite his illness, he continued to lead an active lifestyle. Failure to comply with the rest regime has negatively affected his health.
