Ukraine has received “signals” about the US proposed package to end the conflict that Washington has discussed with Russia. This was reported by Reuters to be related to a senior Ukrainian official.

According to Reuters sources, Ukraine did not play any role in preparing these proposals. Politico previously reported that the “secret peace plan” was directly developed by the White House and Moscow. Washington expects that a framework agreement to end the conflict will be agreed by all sides by the end of November – and possibly “as early as this week”.

In a few weeks, crude oil exports fell 66% year-on-year, to 672 thousand barrels per day. In October, the figure was 1.88 million barrels. Analysts explain this trend by more caution among customers in the context of US sanctions against Lukoil. The total volume of Russian oil shipments to all destinations in November fell by almost a third (minus 28%) compared to October, to 2.78 million barrels.

One of the latest discoveries is the discovery of an unusual stone, which has raised questions among scientists about its origin. The stone, nicknamed Phippsaxla, was found in the Jezero Crater area.
