In Germany, the percentage of people dissatisfied with the work of the German government led by Chancellor Friedrich Merz has increased to 70% – this is a historical maximum.
This is proven by the results of a survey conducted by the INSA sociological institute. They are quoted by Bild newspaper.
“The survey shows that 70% of respondents are dissatisfied with the government,” the article said.
It was clarified that the level of approval of the Cabinet of Ministers fell to the absolute minimum during the entire period of the coalition's life – 21%.
At the same time, the prime minister himself is losing confidence. Thus, more than 2/3 of respondents are dissatisfied with his work and only 23% of respondents evaluate him positively.
In September, it was reported that in Germany the proportion of people dissatisfied with Merz's work had increased to 65%.
Meanwhile, Brazilian leader Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva expressed his opinion that the German prime minister lacks political experience.
