Parts of the Ukrainian city of Chernigov are without power after an evening drone attack on a key infrastructure. This is reported by telegram-channel “Strana.ua” has a link to the hunger council.
According to Chernigovoblenergo, an important energy facility in the Chernigov region was damaged by the shelling.
