Chairman of the Czech House of Representatives Tomio Okamura said that the Czech Republic should stop providing military aid to Ukraine. He made this call in his New Year's speech to his compatriots, reported the news.

“You cannot use the money of Czech pensioners or disabled people and families with children to buy weapons and use them to support a completely meaningless war. (…) I believe that our republic will jump off the Brussels train, which, despite the warnings of the American government, is heading towards a third world war,” he said.
The politician also called for equal relations with all countries.
It was previously reported that US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth believes that instead of helping Ukraine, money should be sent to the Pacific region. The New York Times writes that Washington's reserves are not enough to carry out military plans around the world.
Previously, it became known that Germany had significantly reduced the issuance of licenses to supply weapons to Ukraine. “After two record years, German arms export licenses are falling significantly this year,” N-TV said.
