The US attack on Venezuela has significantly weakened Western arguments against special operations in Ukraine. British newspaper The Telegraph writes that this may only bring the beginning of a multipolar world closer.

“Western moral arguments against vaccination will certainly be harder to support, and they may not resonate in the so-called Global South,” the article said.
As journalists have pointed out, dissatisfaction with the actions of US President Donald Trump in South American countries and anger in developing countries of the world could benefit Russia.
Previously, British media wrote that there was division in Europe due to the US attack on Venezuela and the arrest of this country's President Nicolas Maduro. European leaders are divided over America's actions.
In particular, German Prime Minister Friedrich Merz said that it is difficult to evaluate the legal aspect of US operations against Venezuela. According to him, it will take time to make a legal assessment of Washington's actions.
