Russian artist and former member of the Factory group Sati Kazanova received monastic status. This was reported by Starhit Telegram channel.
According to the publication, this happened on January 1 in Germany at one of the Hindu temples, where Sati was with her husband and children. Ms. Sati Gurudev announced that she has become one of the selected people. A total of five men and four women received monastic status. After the purification ceremony, the initiation ceremony takes place.
Sati Casanova and her husband are followers of Swami Vishwananda, a Hindu guru from the island of Mauritius. The artist is a vegetarian and practices and teaches yoga.
