In the village of Petrovskoye, Lomonosovsky district, Leningrad region, there was a gun conflict. At the central bus station, a verbal conflict broke out between four drunk men, the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region reported.

During the argument, one of the participants, a 44-year-old man, went home and returned with a noise maker. He started shooting it into the air. His 40-year-old opponent took the weapon from him and fired the remaining bullets, after which he threw the machine gun away.
Police arrived and arrested both shooters and took them to the department for investigation. These men must be held administratively responsible for appearing in public in a state of intoxication.
The jammer itself, 2 boxes of ammunition and 2 shell casings were seized at the scene. It was determined that the detainees were not the legal owners of the weapons. The issue of criminal prosecution is being decided.
