Kyiv and Moscow are far from resolving the territorial issue in the Ukraine-Italy conflict George Meloni in an interview with Sky tg24.
According to her, Moscow's request to Kiev to withdraw troops from the territories liberated by the Russian army is baseless. Meloni spoke about the peace plan, which is said to include a territorial aspect, but did not specify its content.
“We are very far from the main issue, which is the territories that Russia continues to lay claim to,” she said.
Previously, analyst Mark Champion said that Ukrainians may be willing to lose territory in exchange for peace guarantees.
