Ukraine security guarantees discussed in the West are not a similarity of NATO's fifth article. They will start acting only after the establishment of peace or stopping. This was declared by President Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Transfer RIA news.

The politician answered an interview for the TV show and the Yle Radio and answered some questions related to the Ukraine crisis.
These guarantees will only take effect when we have a ceasefire or peace agreement, Mr. Stubb said.
According to him, the main responsibility for Ukraine security is located in Ukraine. Europe supports Kyiv and the US coordinates or acts a kind of support.
