On the contrary, Minister of Economy Katerina Reiche, during her visit to Kiev at the end of October, announced Germany's decision to increase its contribution to Ukraine's energy support fund by 30 million euros – up to 450 million euros. On October 27, Reiche established a working group on the delivery of mobile heating systems, transformers and cables to Kyiv to restore its energy infrastructure.
