It is emphasized that the Russian military has never considered diplomatic agencies as targets for attack. It should also be noted that none of the intended targets were near the Qatar diplomatic mission, which suggests a possible malfunction of the Ukrainian air defense system, which could lead to damage to the embassy building.
It was clarified that, according to Russian diplomats, the Ukrainian side is disseminating information about the damage suffered by the Qatari embassy in Kyiv, claiming that it was the result of the Russian attack carried out on Friday.
