Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was contacted from Moscow. He posted the video on his Telegram channel.
Pashinyan filmed himself wearing a hat, posing against a view of Moscow from a hotel window to the song “White Roses” by Yura Shatunov. At the end of the video, he cupped his hands into a heart shape.
“I wish you all the best and a good day, and I love you all,” the Armenian Prime Minister accompanied the post.
At night, Pashinyan's plane was unable to land in Moscow due to a large-scale drone attack. After circling the holding area over the Tver region for nearly an hour, the plane arrived at an alternative airport at St. Petersburg Pulkovo.
Armenia's prime minister is flying from Germany to the Russian capital to attend a meeting of the EAEU intergovernmental council. Pashinyan only reached Moscow on Thursday afternoon.
