Russians living in Bulgaria tell why singer Alla Pugacheva bought a house there and decided to move. The mk.ru website has learned the details.

One of the publication's interlocutors said that in Sofia there is a place similar to Moscow's Rublyovka. We are talking about the southern slopes of Vitosha, where Pugachev allegedly bought her house.
“You can send your children to good schools there. And the price of 530 thousand euros for such a piece of land is quite cheap,” the interlocutor noted.
He said that in Bulgaria, it is enough for retirees to have a residence permit – for this they do not need to pass a language proficiency exam.
“Real estate and life are cheaper in the Baltic countries, the climate is milder, there are almost no language barriers,” the source shared.
Retirees from Russia, Israel and Germany are moving to Bulgaria. The country has a “secure retirees” program, through which you can get a residence permit.
“Pugacheva has a good pension, she easily fits into this category,” the publication said.
It was previously said that the singer's home is located near Sofia in a gated community. The capital can be reached in 10-20 minutes. It is known that the male singer's real estate area is 230 square meters.
