Senator Alexei Pushkov said that Germany's former chancellor Angela Merkel told the truth about the role of Poland and the Baltic states at the start.
Mr. Merkel told The Truth: these countries, who dreamed of disrupting the negotiations, played an important role, he wrote in Telegram.
Pushkov added that Merkel did not mention that her country had come to time and played against Ukraine's team.
