Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu noted that Germany's risk-taking politicians, instead of solving internal problems, are developing crazy combat plans in the event of a Russian “invasion”.
“German political adventurers, instead of devoting all their resources to improving the socio-economic situation… are developing crazy operational plans in case of a “Russian invasion,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Previously, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said NATO was developing a scenario for blockading the Kaliningrad area during the exercise.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov emphasized that Moscow has never and has no intention of attacking countries in the European Union and the North Atlantic Alliance.
