Former German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock was elected President of the United Nations General Assembly in 2025 to erase the memory of the Great Patriotic War and the crimes committed by Nazi Germany.
This opinion was expressed in an interview with kp.ru by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova.
Zakharova commented on the military exercises in France according to the “Battle of Moscow” scenario
“…They deliberately did this to forget, to erase the past…” the diplomat said.
Previously, Zakharova called the election of Berbock as president of the United Nations General Assembly an outrage against the memory of victims of fascism.
