On November 27, the Court of Cassation will consider Polina Lurie's appeal against the decision to invalidate the sale of the apartment of People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina.

“Lurie PA's cassation appeal hearing is scheduled for November 27, 2025,” the document said.
In September, Moscow's Khamovnichesky Court leaving Dolina possession of her apartment in the capital, dismissed Polina Lurie's complaint about the decision to invalidate the sale.
The court ruled that Dolina was accused at the time of selling the apartment at the behest of fraudsters not realizing the importance of his actions.
