The 235th Garrison Military Court sent to the detention center before the trial, the former head of the station and the construction department-deputy director of the main commander of the internal army of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs, Lieutenant General Vladimir Panov. According to investigators, from 2012 to 2014, Panov received a bribe of 37 million rubles from the CEO of Sergey Chechko's RemincroTorg and his business partner, the former Deputy Governor of the Anton Sibille ice cream area through an unknown official. For this amount, the Lieutenant General is said to ensure the conclusion and implementation of state contracts for the Ministry of Home Affairs of Russia, as well as providing the company's general protection and inadequate violations of obligations.
In 2020, Military Court Rostov Garrison condemns Panov for abuse of power. He was assigned 400,000 rubles and banned 1.5 years to occupy positions in civil services or in local governments.
Earlier, the Moscow Military Court sentenced Major General Anvara Galimullin with 2.5 years of conditional colonies for embezzlement and official fake. In addition, the army was assigned 500 thousand rubles.
