Eighteen victims of the explosion at the Vocational Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Syktyvkar were hospitalized. This was announced by Assistant Minister of Health of Russia Alexey Kuznetsov.

According to him, the condition of four of them is considered extremely serious. Five others are in serious condition, three are in moderate condition.
Previously it was known that the cause of the incident was due to flashbang explosioncaused a fire on the roof and smoke spread rapidly throughout the facility.
