Pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau officially announced their relationship to the public, ending months-long rumors.
Famous singers Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were first seen holding hands on the red carpet at an event they attended together in Paris. According to footage shared by TMZ, Perry, who was celebrating his 41st birthday, left the famous cabaret club called Le Crazy Horse in a red dress, while Trudeau, 53, turned heads in a black vest and T-shirt combination. The couple who received a rose from the paparazzi for the song “Happy Birthday” got in the car and left the venue without making any statements to reporters.
PARTNERSHIP WITH ORLANDO BLOOM DISCLAIMED
These images confirm the romance rumors that have been floating around since the summer. Perry called off her engagement to actor Orlando Bloom in June after nearly 10 years of dating. Perry and Trudeau were seen having dinner together in Montreal in July, sparking rumors. The duo were seen kissing on a boat off the coast of California in September, thus making their relationship official to the public.
“He really loves TRudeau”
A source close to Perry told The Daily Beast that the famous singer “really loves Trudeau” and is in a “very happy time.” Trudeau completed his 10-year term as prime minister in March and retired from politics.
