Actress Sydney Sweeney announced that she is nearing completion of filming the third season of Euphoria. “It's like being back with my family,” Sweeney commented on returning to the set after three years.
Famous American actress Sydney Sweeney announced that she is about to finish filming the third season of the popular series Euphoria. “I will finish Euphoria in two days,” Sweeney said at the premiere of his new film Christy, within the framework of AFI Fest held in Los Angeles, California, USA.
“Like RETURN TO YOUR FAMILY”
According to Variety, Sweeney said that returning to the set after three years was emotionally significant for him and explained his feelings with these words: “The crew is pretty much the same. That's why I feel like I'm coming home to my family. I grew up with them. I shot the pilot when I was 20, it's comforting to see the same people again now.” Digital broadcasting platform HBO previously announced that Euphoria will end with its third season.
Sweeney responded to a question about a possible fourth season of the series, “I can't confirm any information.”
JACOB ELORDI: EVERYONE EXPRESS THEIR OWN STORY
Last week, Jacob Elordi, one of the series leads, shared some clues about the third season at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles.
Elordi said of the character he plays, “It was unbelievable. I got to play something very different from anything I've ever done, which was very liberating.” Stating that Sam Levinson, the series creator, has prepared a “very smart and cinematic” season, Elordi said, “I think people are going to really enjoy it.”
Elordi added that he was unaware of the other characters' stories due to the script's structure: “Each person tells their own story separately. You don't know who did what. It's a bit like FBI files. That's why I was so excited to be able to watch this movie with other audiences for the first time.”
Sweeney agreed with Elordi's comments and added, “I feel like I'll be watching this movie with everyone else.”
WHO WILL BE NOVAK IN HIS NEW PROJECT?
On the other hand, Sweeney announced that he will soon start a new project. The actress will play legendary actress Kim Novak in the film Scandalous directed by Colman Domingo.
The film is based on Novak's 1957 debut with singer Sammy Davis Jr. The film is about her interracial relationship with (David Jonsson).
Sweeney explained the process of preparing for his new role: “I'm going to meet with him. I'm going to work with movement and voice coaches, I'm going to watch and re-watch his films. I'm very excited.”
