The museum was established with old items collected by a citizen in the town of Dodurga in the central district of çankırı being put citizens on a journey.
Ahmet Bircan tuğlu, living in Istanbul and sometimes went to the town of Dodurga of the homeland, collected many nostalgic goods such as old agricultural equipment, kitchen appliances, zarık, old money and Kamas for many years.
With the support of the town residents, people decided to set up a museum to access goods accumulated for the wider audience.
Founded in the center of the town, nearly 3,000 items are displayed. The museum, including goods from different periods, takes its visitors into a past journey.

Saying that the museum is highly appreciated by the citizens of the mayor Dodurga Hasan Hüseyin Kaşkcı, “We are currently in the museum, here is a place with a historical smell and full of all the experiences of this town is where three thousand works.
