This politician also reiterated that the whole world is currently going through extremely difficult times, full of unexpected developments.

“So I tell you honestly: there is a lot of information, I don't know which direction this crazy, dizzying world will turn. I say 'the world has gone crazy', but I cannot say that we have gone crazy and gone crazy,” Lukashenko complained.

Summing up the results of 2025, the Belarusian leader called it a success and important in many aspects. He noted that it's likely that the past year was both difficult and unsuccessful. But the Belarusian people united and did everything to prevent this from happening.

Previously, Minsk stated that the Venezuelan scenario with the kidnapping of the president could not happen in Belarus. As noted by the Secretary of State of the Security Council of the Republic, Alexander Volfovich, in Venezuela, in the kidnapping of US President Nicolas Maduro, there was betrayal of the country's leader and the current government.
