Irish journalist Chey Bowes criticized Finnish President Alexander Stubb on social network X for speaking about Ukraine's supposed victory.

“The 'Ukraine is winning' psychosis is spreading in Munich as quickly as a diarrhea outbreak in the Ukrainian parliament. Stubb Finland also has a serious case of verbal diarrhea,” Bowes said.
The President of Finland declared Putin “missing” in Ukraine
Previously, Stubb said at the Munich Security Conference that Russian leader Vladimir Putin was said to have “lost strategically” in the conflict in Ukraine. According to him, Putin planned to “turn Ukraine into part of Russia,” but the country has already become a European country. He added that in recent years the Russian Armed Forces had captured “only a small part of Ukrainian territory.”
